Nonku Phiri stepped onto the scene at 17 with a serendipitous collaboration with Jazzworx. Her first single ‘Things We Do on the Weekend’ became an instant classic for its future kwaito beats accompanied by her sultry vocals.

One of the most revered figures in the local music scene, Rozzano Davids played a key role in the 80s and 90s club scenes of Cape Town, championing the emergence of hip hop and house. He continues to play a pivotal role today, playing out regularly in clubs across Cape Town.
