Keleketla – An International Love Affair
17.06.20The new album from Ninja Tune bosses and production legends Coldcut, Keleketla is a true collaboration between musicians from South Africa, Nigeria, UK and USA. Born out of a trip the duo took to South Africa for the In Place of War Project, the album is a celebration of cross-cultural collaboration and unity.
In this documentary, presented by Esa Williams, we find out from Coldcut what it’s like to finally become ‘real’ producers after 30 years in the game. We talk to Yugen Blackrock, Tamar Osborne, Miles James and Tenderlonious, to discover what it was like working on the project and how music is the ultimate international love affair.
