Gilles Peterson – Muse Records Special (Part 2)

26.12.17

After getting deep into the Muse Records archive earlier in 2017, Gilles Peterson presents two hours live from London, going in for round two of his top selects from the iconic jazz label.

Muse Records, jazz record company and label, was founded in New York City by Joe Fields in 1972. The first part of this show, in which Gilles explores Muse’s trajectory as a label and chooses his highlights, was broadcasted in July, around the time of Joe Fields’ death, and this Boxing Day Gilles has put together another 2 hour selection from the label.
