All Hands on Deck is a collective based in Manchester that runs open deck parties, DJ workshops and production courses for women, trans and non-binary people. It was founded in 2018 with the aim of supporting anyone who wanted to try their hand at DJing. Since their formation, the collective has played at several events, hosted a number of parties along with radio shows.

Tune in as they presents their We Out Here Festival show, inspired by Emma Warren’s show on Worldwide FM and by her pamphlet ‘Document Your Culture’, the show will walk you through All Hands on Deck’s formation, the highs and the lows, and the community that they have built over the last few years.
