Tune in as Lamaisonmusiq mix live meditation and music with partners DJ Pegasvs and yoga teacher Fred Butler. Broadcasting in response to the pandemic, their wish is to generate a positive wave of energy to resonate over the airwaves for reconnection in this fractured time.

This episode features a soundtrack of their favourite comforting cosmic sounds from last year to cocoon you for the extended sequestration ahead. To accompany the sonic journey they select a soundbite of wisdom on overcoming obstacles from Herbie Hancock and have their own discussion on the benefits of meditation for the current climate. This month’s mindful intermission takes the form of a guided massage to soften and soothe tension away to be unshakable for the shift into the unknown of 2021.
