This week’s Morning Mari* album of the week comes from Dirty Projectors with Lamp Lit Prose, via Domino.

Lamp Lit Prose comes just over year from 2017’s self-titled album but Lamp Lit Prose is a rebirth. It is an album of new hopes, new ideas & new collaborators. Features from Syd, Robin Pecknold, Rostam, HAIM, Amber Mark, Dear Nora give the album a varied and inclusive sound. 

Released in July 2018, Lamp Lit Prose is Dirty Projectors returning to their original sensibilities, ideals and guitars. Frontman Dave Longstreth self-produced at his studio Ivo Shandor in Los Angeles.
