Jan Schülte, AKA Bufiman is a producer and DJ from Dusseldorf.
Having released countless records under various aliases, Jan Schülte continues to push the envelope as an artist. He has released on many labels, such as Dekmantel, Music For Dreams, Verein Freier Menschen und Musik and many more.
His back catalogue also contains recordings under his alias Wolf Müller, and spans genres and tempos. His sound can be described as Psychedelic, dubby grooves with mind-bending samples and rhythms.
His latest release on Dekmantel, titled ‘Albumsi’, is his debut LP as Bufiman. It is his first record since leaving his day job of 11 years, freeing up time to focus on his music without external pressure.
